I've always loved town music from vintage RPGs so it was a natural fit. Instead of focusing on the cold loneliness of corporate spaces that mallsoft frequently invokes, TOWNSOFT is meant to be inviting, cozy, and warm. Positive feedback on this project encouraged me to continue experimenting with this subgenre, which lead to the River Master series.
