Shipping policy

Most of our orders will ship in 0-3 business days. Orders are fulfilled multiple days per week. In rare exceptions, like during holidays or during times of increased order pressure, fulfillment can take slightly longer. If you believe your order is taking abnormally long, contact support@100percentelectronica.com. Any order can be cancelled before it is shipped. 

If you are concerned your order is not shipping in a timely manner, please make sure it was not a pre-order before contacting customer support. Pre-orders are clearly marked in the title and description with an estimated ship date.
